Offhand I can't just pick one and say which I like the most since I'm a guitarplayer and good portion in this following list make up a good amount of my playing.

I had to put my 2 cents in for SLASH. Knockin' on heaven's door and sweet child o' mine just does it for me when it comes to guitar. It's hard to beat those solo's (well that's my opinion). They may not be "Zack Wylde" quick, or of "Jimi Hendrix" complexity (no disrespect to either artist they were actually runners up to slash), but they take me to a different place when I listen to them. And that boys and girls it what makes Slash my favorite guitarist.
